This full-time, mid- to senior-level role owns the complete staffing cycle, including outbound business development and sales, generating job orders, recruiting and placing candidates, client and account management, workforce oversight, retention, onboarding, and compliance. The position requires demonstrated staffing sales and business-development experience, along with recruiting, placement, and account-management experience; preferred qualifications include full-desk staffing experience, JazzHR or another ATS, Salesforce or another CRM, and AI-enabled recruiting and productivity tools.
