Openwork is hiring a Staffing Specialist in Olive Branch, Mississippi, to recruit, interview, place, and support employees for high-volume warehouse and light-industrial staffing needs. The role manages the hiring process from initial contact through onboarding, coordinates with clients and the sales team, tracks recruiting and placement metrics, and may assist with payroll, timekeeping, compliance, and branch operations. The position is Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., offers a base salary with uncapped commission, and provides healthcare benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays.
