Emerson is hiring a 6-month internship in Lugagnano Val d'Arda, Italy, focused on Operational Excellence and Digital Transformation. The intern will analyze business processes, collaborate with operations and IT teams, develop process maps and project documentation, support digital solution testing and deployment, analyze data, create reports and dashboards, and contribute to Lean, advanced analytics, AI, and smart-factory initiatives. Applicants should be enrolled in or recently completed a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, have strong Excel and data skills, and demonstrate analytical thinking and English proficiency.
