Description
Hyatt is recruiting an Outlet Manager intern for its Hotel du Palais in Biarritz. The four- to six-month internship begins in May 2027 and covers the Outlet Manager role, with direct collaboration with the kitchen and pastry departments and oversight of the La Rotonde restaurant, Le Bar Napoléon III, Le Sunset, Room Service, and Banquets. The outlet serves a team of 120 people during low and high seasons. A BAC 2 in hospitality or catering is desired, while organization, French, and English are required; accommodation may be available.
