Description
The role involves independently setting up, configuring, and operating stamping machines and presses, performing quality checks, monitoring and documenting production processes, optimizing manufacturing processes, and maintaining and servicing the machines. Candidates should have completed technical training in toolmaking, precision mechanics, stamping and forming mechanics, or a similar field, several years of experience with presses and stamping machines, good German skills, and willingness to work rotating early and late shifts. The position offers permanent employment under a collective bargaining agreement, above-tariff pay, bonuses, training, and mentorship opportunities.
