G & W Products is hiring Stamping Operators for its 2nd shift in Fairfield, Ohio. The role involves setting up and operating stamping machines, inspecting materials and finished products, adjusting tooling and machine settings, performing routine maintenance, documenting production data, troubleshooting production issues, and following safety procedures. Candidates need prior experience with stamping or similar manufacturing machinery, mechanical aptitude, blueprint-reading ability, attention to detail, and a high school diploma or equivalent; machine-operation certification, preventive maintenance experience, safety knowledge, computer skills, and flexible-shift availability are preferred. The 2nd shift runs Monday through Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
