Sally Beauty is hiring a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences for customers in a hair and beauty retail environment. The role involves recommending products, explaining promotions, setting up displays, managing transactions, maintaining the store environment, communicating inventory issues, and supporting customer service across hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, age 18 or older, availability for business scheduling, and the ability to communicate clearly and follow product-training instructions; retail sales or customer service experience is preferred. Physical duties include standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, and occasional exposure to fumes, odors, chemicals, and moving equipment.
