Description
Eaton is hiring a Standardization Engineer in Bonn for a hybrid 3/2 arrangement. The role represents the company in national and international standardization committees, monitors and influences standards for low-voltage protection and control products and electrical installations, assesses regulatory and market changes, maintains relationships with external and internal stakeholders, prepares standardization reports, conducts training, and contributes requirements to new-product development projects. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a comparable discipline, at least five years of professional experience, strong knowledge of installation and protection technology, and excellent German and English communication skills. The position offers a 35-hour workweek, vacation, professional development, and up to 30% travel.
