University Medical Partners is hiring a full-time Primary Care Physician in Los Gatos, California, to practice full-spectrum Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics. The role includes newborn care, basic outpatient procedures, and an average of 18–20 patients per day, with 32 or 36 patient-facing hours per week and a shared light-call schedule. Candidates need at least three years of post-residency clinical experience; leadership experience is preferred. The position offers a two-year base salary guarantee of $315,000 annually, productivity and performance bonuses, signing and relocation bonuses, a forgivable loan, and comprehensive benefits.
