Precision for Medicine is hiring a Start Up Lead for its European team, with the role potentially fully remote from Serbia, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, or Poland. The position leads global clinical-site start-up strategy and planning, coordinates IRB/EC, CA/MoH, ICF, IMP release, contract, and regulatory submissions, manages milestones and risks, supports country-specific tools and training, and acts as a subject-matter expert for in-country clinical operations staff. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field, RN or equivalent credentials, at least five years of start-up experience, and two years of project milestone management experience.
