Finni Health is hiring a Practice Owner to help establish and operate a behavioral therapy practice, either locally or remotely serving clients in other states. The role involves setting up practice processes, handling billing and insurance, supervising Behavior Technicians, conducting functional assessments, developing and implementing evidence-based behavior intervention plans, training staff and parents, and collaborating with families. The position requires a master's degree in a relevant field, valid BCBA certification, applicable licensure, and at least three years of ABA experience; supervisory experience is preferred. The work location is Delaware, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.
