Amazon is hiring a Startup Launch Program Manager to own the end-to-end launch of dark store facilities for its Quick Commerce business. The role manages the critical path from construction handoff through first delivery, coordinating real estate, construction, operations, supply chain, and technology teams; overseeing permitting, vendor mobilization, equipment installation, and operational readiness; mitigating launch risks; developing scalable launch playbooks; and reporting progress to senior leadership. The position requires at least three years of program or project management experience, process improvement experience, advanced Excel and SQL knowledge, and cross-functional experience. It is available in Atlanta, Georgia; Boston, Massachusetts; and Arlington, Virginia, with a base salary of $74,200 to $129,800 annually.
