Render is hiring a Startup Marketing Associate to operate the Startup Program and build its San Francisco founder-dinner motion. The role owns application triage, credit issuance, partner UTM tracking, CRM hygiene, event sourcing and logistics, light event marketing, founder outreach, and impact tracking. It requires 4–6 years of experience in sales, partnerships, marketing, program or operations management, recruiting, or developer relations, along with deep San Francisco startup ecosystem knowledge and strong organizational skills.
