Neo4j is hiring a Startup Program Manager to join its technical startup program at the ground floor. The role will build and operate scalable programs for early-stage startups, manage application acceptance workflows, communicate with the startup community, support reporting and analytics, nurture the partner ecosystem, coordinate co-marketing and content, improve internal processes, and partner with cross-functional teams on startup outreach and acquisition campaigns. The position requires a bachelor’s degree ideally in business, economics, marketing, or a technical field, at least two years of relevant startup partner program, marketing program execution, or demand generation experience in a technology company, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, strategic and tactical campaign execution ability, and Salesforce experience.
