Description
RSM is hiring an entry-level tax associate focused on state and local tax services. The role involves tax planning and research, reviewing and improving client tax processes, analyzing purchasing and sales data for reporting, audits, refunds, and credits, and assisting with sales/use tax software evaluations and implementation. A bachelor's degree in accounting, travel to client locations, strong communication and teamwork skills, and Microsoft Excel proficiency are required or preferred. The compensation range is $61,600 to $73,500.
