Description
The City of Schrobenhausen is hiring a State-Certified Building Technician, Civil Engineer, or Architect specializing in structural high-rise construction for its Building Administration Department. The role covers coordination of municipal above-ground construction projects, tendering and evaluation of construction and planning services, commissioning and supervising external planning offices, presentations to municipal committees, and general administrative work. It is available full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week, on a fixed-term basis of at least one year, and is shareable. Applicants must have a relevant degree or apprenticeship, knowledge of VOB and applicable regulations, and experience with MS 365.
