AVG is hiring a full-time, permanent State-Certified Civil Engineering Technician in Technical Building Management in Karlsruhe. The role manages structural maintenance and building services, coordinates inspections, maintenance, repairs, fault resolution, small-to-medium projects, external service providers, quality assurance, building-law procedures, budget estimates, tenant handovers, and as-built documentation. Candidates need state-certified civil engineering technician training, several years of building and property management experience, basic knowledge of relevant standards, a Class B driver's license, and MS Office proficiency; AVA, SAP, and further training are desirable.
