The Southern Poverty Law Center is hiring a State Community Organizer for its Georgia State Office, working 100% in West Georgia across the listed counties. The role builds community relationships, leads outreach, campaigns, volunteer engagement, mobilization, and advocacy; develops research and educational materials; and reports progress to stakeholders. Applicants need at least one year of community organizing experience, one year of campaign or advocacy experience, and a high school diploma or GED. The position pays a minimum starting salary of $61,825 annually, or $29.72 per hour.
