The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) is hiring a State Coordinator for Ogun, Nigeria, on a two-year renewable contract. The role leads implementation of I-Youth 2.0 activities, supervises the state project team, coordinates youth agripreneur training and enterprise development, oversees an agribusiness incubation hub, manages stakeholder relationships, monitoring and evaluation, budgets, procurement, reporting, and policy compliance. Applicants must be Nigeria nationals with a master's degree in a relevant agriculture, business, economics, development, or social science field and at least five years of relevant programme or project implementation experience, including two years in supervision or team leadership.
