Description
The State Expansion Project Manager leads the strategic planning, governance, execution, and delivery of the company’s expansion into new states. The role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams across Product, Underwriting, Compliance, Legal, IT, Claims, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and third-party vendors; manages roadmaps, budgets, risks, regulatory filings, vendor implementations, launch readiness, testing, go-live planning, and post-launch stabilization; and establishes repeatable project governance and best practices. The position requires at least five years of project management experience leading large cross-functional enterprise initiatives, property and casualty insurance experience, and strong executive communication and analytical skills. It operates primarily in a professional office environment with remote or hybrid work options, may require occasional travel, and offers a salary of $95,000 to $120,000.
