Paytm is hiring an EDC Retail Sales Manager to increase sales of EDC swiping devices across multiple merchant locations, resolve merchant queries, grow the merchant base, and build and manage a sales team. The role includes setting goals, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, coaching, motivating, and resolving team issues. Candidates should have team-handling experience, cold-calling, pre-sales, and lead-generation exposure, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a graduation or post-graduation qualification.
