The Office for Health Services is hiring a part-time, permanent State-licensed Social Worker / Social Educator for the Social Psychiatric Service in the district of Aurich. The role manages the contact point “Wiemersches Haus” in Norden, provides counseling and crisis intervention, organizes group and leisure activities, documents cases, collaborates on projects, and supports involuntary placements. Applicants need a university of applied sciences degree or Bachelor of Arts in Social Work / Social Education, proof of state licensing, and experience leading working groups or committees; knowledge of relevant social-psychiatric laws and prior social-work experience are preferred.
