Description
The State Programs Facilitated Enroller assists individuals with enrollment, renewal, recertification, changes, and terminations through the NY State of Health marketplace system. The role handles inbound and outbound customer calls, eligibility reviews, plan inquiries, enrollment verification, Salesforce data entry, and community outreach while maintaining confidentiality and complying with NYS, federal, and CDPHP standards. A high school diploma or GED, marketplace or Certified Application Counselor certification, and at least one year of health insurance experience are required; Spanish or another language is preferable. Remote work may be possible on a case-by-case basis.
