HSI e.V. is hiring a state-recognized educator for its mother/father-and-child residential accommodation Wegweiser in Eberswalde. The role supports children’s physical, psychological, emotional, and educational development; promotes secure parent–child attachments; advises and supports parents in daily life, parenting, financial resources, and living conditions; and contributes to family networking, team work, and administrative tasks. The position requires completed state-recognized educator training, knowledge or willingness to acquire parent–child attachment knowledge, and a 39-hour weekly schedule combining 24-hour duty service and day shifts.
