Description
The employer is seeking a part-time state-recognized educator/childcare worker for 25 hours per week. Responsibilities include following the Thuringian Education Plan, observing and documenting children’s developmental progress, collaborating with parents, co-designing educational and religious offerings, providing pedagogical support across age groups, and conducting project work. Applicants must have completed vocational training as a state-recognized educator/childcare worker and demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, motivation to work with different age groups, attentiveness toward children and parents, and a friendly, confident appearance.
