The Kreuzberg team is hiring a state-recognized educator, social or special-needs educator, or educational scientist to work in a 24/7 crisis-accommodation setting for two young people aged 8–13+. The role involves advising and supporting adolescents in acute crises, building trust, supporting social and cultural participation, collaborating with specialist services, and working flexible 24-hour shifts.
