Description
Naviduo is hiring a State-recognized Social Educator, State-recognized Social Worker, or Educator for its outpatient social-educational family support area, with immediate effect and employment from at least 50% up to variable 100%. The role independently carries out measures under §30/§31 SGB VIII, conducts individual and family meetings, plans and counsels services, provides crisis intervention, documents measures, and collaborates with specialist services and authorities. It requires relevant multi-year experience in outpatient assistance for raising children, a solution-oriented and appreciative attitude, knowledge of family-activating and systemic working, and strong social skills.
