Description
The Statement of Work (SOW) Writer / Proposal Writer will create and maintain professional services SOWs for NICE’s Sales and Services organizations, coordinate approvals and customer-facing negotiations, maintain SOW tracking in Salesforce.com, analyze SLA and team metrics, and support process improvements. The role requires at least five years of account, customer service, and support experience, a BS degree in a relevant discipline, strong communication and Microsoft Office skills, and preferably experience in contact-center industries, NICE products, data analysis, and client negotiations. The position follows a hybrid NiCE-FLEX model with two office days and three remote days per week.
