Description
The Production Operator monitors and manages production in an assigned area, operates and maintains oil and gas production equipment, responds to alarms and minor equipment issues, optimizes processing and product specifications, and supports environmental compliance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, the ability to work overtime and on-call rotations, physical ability to perform demanding outdoor work, and familiarity with process equipment and SCADA systems.
