Description
The role maintains and repairs power-plant equipment, HVAC systems, electrical circuits, fire and sprinkler systems, and related campus infrastructure; fabricates replacement parts, operates and troubleshoots energy-management and variable-frequency-drive systems, completes logs and safety rounds, and responds to on-call emergencies. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of full-time experience in heat generation or air-conditioning installation, a Stationary Engineer's license, and physical ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and with heavy objects.
