Description
Sutter Health is hiring a full-time, regular Maintenance Technician for CPMC-California Pacific Med Center Van Ness. The role performs repairs and maintenance on hospital equipment, including boilers, compressors, vacuum pumps, generators, electrical switchboards, pumps, lighting, heating, refrigeration, and air-conditioning systems. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent education and experience, appropriate trade or technical training, and journeyman-level knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and medical-center safety procedures. It is scheduled for 40 hours per week across Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday, with evening shifts, and pays $73.25 per hour.
