Description
Ramapo College of New Jersey is hiring a full-time stationary engineer to supervise boiler room staff and operate, maintain, and repair the college’s central heating and cooling plant. The role oversees boilers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, compressors, piping, and auxiliary systems; schedules maintenance work; manages staff, materials, records, chemical treatment programs, inspections, repairs, and emergency response. It requires three years of relevant buildings-and-grounds and heating/cooling plant experience including staff supervision and cost-estimate preparation, a valid New Jersey driver’s license, and a Black Seal New Jersey Stationary Engineer’s License.
