Description
Temple University’s Health Sciences Campus is hiring a Stationary Engineer II to report to the Engineer & HVAC Supervisor and operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical and building systems, including HVAC, compressed air, vacuum, fire alarm, and protection systems. The role uses the Building Automation System, records equipment parameters, performs preventive maintenance and repairs, and coordinates with other trades. Candidates must have HVAC education or an accredited apprenticeship, at least three years of relevant experience, a valid City of Philadelphia Engineer Grade A License or eligibility to obtain one within 120 days, and the ability to perform physical work involving lifting, climbing, heights, and bending.
