Full-time stationary engineer responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing campus central-plant and building mechanical systems, including boilers, chillers, pumps, HVAC equipment, water-treatment systems, and computerized building-management controls. The role monitors equipment and environmental conditions, performs preventive maintenance and building checks, creates and schedules work orders in CMMS, responds to temperature and HVAC service calls, and dispatches work to other engineers. A high school diploma or GED, a valid Limited First Class Stationary Engineer’s License from the City of Tulsa, and the ability to read blueprints and control schematics are required; an Unlimited First Class license and institutional or industrial central-plant experience are preferred.
