Description
The SPC Manager will lead the development, deployment, and sustainment of Statistical Process Control methodologies and digital technologies across Conagra Brands’ manufacturing network. The role partners with process control, manufacturing excellence, food safety, quality, research and development, operations, engineering, information technology, and digital operations to standardize SPC procedures, pilot scalable solutions, analyze process data, reduce variation and defects, improve process capability, and support regulatory compliance. The manager will also coach process experts and engineers, build an SPC leadership pipeline, deliver training, and represent SPC in governance, audits, and inspections. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or statistics field, at least seven years of manufacturing, quality, or process engineering experience including three years focused on SPC, and proficiency with SPC software and data analytics tools. The role is primarily remote with substantial travel and may require visits to manufacturing facilities.
