Description
AstraZeneca is hiring a Statistical Programming Associate Director for its Barcelona R&D hub. The role leads the delivery and quality of statistical programming activities across clinical development projects, guides programmers and external partners, develops standards and best practices, manages risk, and provides subject-matter expertise. It requires a degree in a relevant quantitative or life science field, strong SAS or R programming skills, knowledge of clinical development and CDISC standards, and the ability to manage complex projects and stakeholders. The position is office-based with a three-days-in-office, two-days-at-home arrangement and is closed on 30 October 2026.
