Description
The Director, Statistics will lead and develop a group of statisticians while providing project and technical leadership across pharmaceutical development, clinical trials, regulatory submissions, health technology assessment, and commercial activities. The role includes statistical design and strategy, study quality and interpretation, risk and uncertainty analysis, global project leadership, external representation, governance participation, and mentorship. An MSc in Statistics, Mathematics, or a recognized equivalent is required, along with experience as a statistician in clinical trials, pharmaceutical development, regulated research, or related statistical applications; a PhD in Statistics, disease-area expertise, project management skills, and programming proficiency in SAS, R, or Python are desired.
