Baker Tilly is seeking a Statutory Auditor to support statutory audits of annual financial statements and management reports, assess capital management companies, alternative investment funds, and securities firms, and understand regulatory requirements such as KAGB, WpHG, WpIG, CRR III, CRD V, WpIPrüfBV, and ESG reporting. The role also involves accounting and regulatory advisory work and client consulting on sustainability topics. Candidates should have a completed degree, preferably in business administration or business law, ideally practical financial-sector or statutory-auditing experience, strong analytical skills, excellent German language skills, and strong teamwork and client orientation.
