Description
Legora is hiring a Statutory Reporting & Compliance Manager to own statutory financial reporting and regulatory compliance for assigned legal entities. The role coordinates local statutory accounts, annual reports, filings, accounting records, audits, legislative changes, and internal controls; it also assesses and establishes reporting requirements for new markets. The position requires at least seven years of experience in statutory accounting, audit, or financial reporting, experience managing compliance across multiple countries, strong knowledge of statutory reporting in at least one jurisdiction, and fluent English.
