Volta is hiring a Statutory Reporting Manager to own statutory financial reporting across its group of holding, operating, and financing entities in the UK, United States, Norway, Luxembourg, and Spain. The role covers US GAAP to IFRS bridging, preparation and filing of statutory accounts, external audit coordination, compliance with local GAAP and IFRS requirements, statutory reporting calendars, process standardisation, and support for financings, joint ventures, and M&A. Candidates should have significant statutory reporting experience, a qualified accountant qualification, strong UK GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and experience managing external audit relationships.
