Steakhouse Financial is hiring a Senior Market Infrastructure Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable DeFi market infrastructure. The role focuses on production-grade Python systems, automation, monitoring, reporting, system safety, reliability, and performance, while collaborating with protocol, research, and operations teams. Candidates need at least five years of professional Python experience, strong software architecture and system design skills, experience with testing, type systems, and production systems, familiarity with financial market infrastructure and DeFi protocols, and the ability to read and interact with smart contracts using Python. The position is fully remote with a global team and includes bonus and equity compensation.
