Description
Baxter is hiring a Steam Sterilization Superintendent to lead manufacturing operations, supervise multiple departments, meet production and quality targets, manage budgets and staffing, and drive safety, regulatory, cost, and efficiency improvements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of manufacturing experience, knowledge of GMP, FDA guidelines, process validation, and Lean or Six Sigma methods, and primarily second-shift Monday-through-Friday availability. The base salary is $88,000 to $110,000, with medical and dental coverage starting on day one.
