The expertum Group is hiring full-time Steel Structural Fitters (m/f/d) for its client’s vehicle-housing manufacturing site in Hamburg-Steinwerder. The role involves planning work from technical documentation, producing components and metal structures from sheet metal, pipes, and profiles, assembling and disassembling steel components, applying joining techniques, and creating fixtures and templates. Candidates need completed vocational training as a structural mechanics technician or comparable qualification, at least three years of MAG-process experience, German language ability, and willingness to work early and late shifts; a crane operator certificate is advantageous. The position offers a permanent employment contract, industry-based pay development, shift allowances, occupational pension, medical preventive care, and further-training support.
