Aegon is hiring a paid Step Up! internship for a Business Intelligence Analyst role. The intern will support the Business Intelligence team by analyzing, processing, and validating data; preparing and maintaining dashboards and monitoring reports; documenting processes and data-quality controls; and helping automate reporting and analysis. The role requires an undergraduate or master’s student in a relevant data or analytics field, basic knowledge of SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Qlik, or similar tools, and analytical and organizational skills. The internship lasts six months and may be renewed, with a hybrid model allowing remote work at least three days per week.
