Strive Pharmacy is hiring a full-time Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician for an onsite overnight team in Gilbert, Arizona. The role prepares sterile injectable medications, performs quality checks and documentation, maintains cleanroom standards, manages inventory, and supports regulatory compliance under licensed pharmacists. Applicants must hold active PTCB or ExCPT certification, a state pharmacy technician license or registration, a high school diploma or equivalent, and knowledge of USP, FDA 503B cGMP, pharmaceutical calculations, medical terminology, aseptic technique, and sterile compounding.
