Rep-Lite is hiring a full-time Sterile Processing Account Specialist in Evansville, Indiana, to support one dedicated hospital account. The role combines hands-on sterile processing with workflow auditing, case support, process improvement, training, and coordination with SPD and OR leadership. It requires 5+ years of experience in sterile processing, central services, operating rooms, or surgical services, with CRCST, CBSPD, or CST preferred. The position offers a $60,000–$70,000 base salary, Monday–Friday daytime hours, no travel, and health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and sick-time benefits.
