Description
Assists with planning, directing, and coordinating procurement, inventory management, receiving, storage, and distribution of supplies to support patient care, with a strong focus on surgical suite and central sterile supply operations. The role supervises sterile processing and inventory staff, manages inventory systems and year-end inventory processes, develops process improvement and business intelligence practices, creates KPIs and benchmarking reports, and works closely with managers, physicians, and clinicians to reduce supply costs and improve clinical and financial outcomes.
