The Central Service Technician maintains standards for the decontamination, reprocessing, inventory, assembly, inspection, packaging, sterilization, storage, and distribution of surgical instruments and hospital equipment. The role supports education for central sterile departments, clinical office practices, and other departments, works primarily during daylight with varying hours, and may require weekend on-call availability.
