Description
St. Charles Health System is hiring a full-time Sterile Processing Lead for its Bend and Redmond, Oregon locations. The role coordinates daily sterile processing operations, leads technicians across decontamination, assembly, scope processing, sterilization, and case picking, monitors workflow, productivity, quality, supplies, and urgent procedural needs, and supports process improvement, staff education, and compliance with Joint Commission, AORN, and AAMI standards. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, CRCST or CSPDT certification, and either six months of sterile processing experience or completion of a sterile processing externship; an associate or bachelor’s degree, CIS certification, and two years of experience are preferred.
