City of Hope is hiring a Sterile Processing Education and Quality Specialist to lead education, training, competency assessment, and quality improvement for its sterile processing program. The role covers regulatory compliance, staff development, standards and protocols, performance improvement, equipment training, and collaboration with Quality, Risk, and Infection Control, with intermittent travel to community practice locations. Candidates must have at least five years of recent sterile processing or perioperative experience, CRCST certification, CER certification or the ability to obtain it within 12 months, a bachelor’s degree or four additional years of experience, and a valid California driver’s license.
